I always liked pesto. So quick to make, just mix some store-bought pesto with some pasta and sprinkle some parmesan on top! Since going vegan I have ditched the parmesan and the store-bought pesto as well. Now I make my own pesto, as the ones you can buy at the supermarkets contain way too much oil. I don´t like that. Making your own pesto is fun, easy and you can play around with it, like I did here: adding some avocado into it. Yes, you do need a food processor but I promise you won´t regret buying one. Just think about all those bliss balls and raw cakes you can make with it. I will link mine down below so you can check them out! ☺️
